I used to visit this Starbucks about a year ago, and it was just average. However, three months ago, I decided to give it another try, and I noticed a change in the staff. The cashiers are incredibly friendly, but HAYLEE stands out as the best barista I've ever encountered. Every time I order, my drink tastes amazing! I'm coming back specifically because of her. Corporate should definitely recognize her talents with a significant raise. She manages to handle a ton of drinks all by herself, and she’s always quick, friendly, and spot on with every order. I'll gladly make the drive to this Starbucks, even though it's farther from me, as long as she’s working!
The place is in a great location, and perhaps they are short staffed. The counters are dirty and messy. I placed my usual order and 15 minutes after the girl that took my order asked if I had not gotten it yet. Somehow, my ticket did not print or was misplaced. It took an additional 5 minutes to get my drinks, and one of them was incorrect and had to be redone. The service was not horrible, but there is much room for improvement. Service: Take out
Used to love this location. Great baristas and vibe. For the past year+ management is working hard to alienate patrons. Store seens to be closed more often then it is open due to personnel shortages, management chooses to close our Stirling location andsend baristas to other locations to keep them open. Yet they keep rejecting very capable and motivated young people for theopen positions.

Excellent coffee wonderful staff. Recent staffing issues creates unpredictable and frequently limited hours of operation.
Is this starbucks ever open at the time its supposed to? Please adjust your store hours if you're not opening at 6 am.
Its really really good, its a nice place to meet up with friends on the weekends or after school.
