I placed my order in advance using the app to make my pick-up quick, but when I arrived, the lobby was closed, and there was a sign instructing customers to use the drive-thru. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to wait 25 minutes in the drive-thru for an order I had already placed and paid for. I'm very disappointed.
I ordered a Venti matcha with no ice, I would expect the drink filled up and I was missing a quarter of the drink, I asked why was my drinking missing a quarter of it and the response I got was “you order it with no ice” BAD SERVICE! I really enjoy this Starbucks! It’s fantastic! The staff, especially the ladies, are incredibly kind and always exceed my expectations with my drink preferences. This is my go-to Starbucks in the area, and I highly recommend it! Also, please be kind to the staff; they work hard to meet our standards!

I had no issues here, barista made suggestions even they were pretty busy when I went. Sitting can be a bit odd, high or low tables, cleanliness can be a bit better. But mainly my barista was noit grumpy and covered everyithing I needed.
I wouldn’t recommend spending your money at this place. The drinks are consistently made wrong, and if you politely request a remake, you can expect to be met with a rude attitude from the staff.
