Starbucks - Reservar una mesa

This place needs more employees. I preordered my drink and snack. When i arrived it still wasn't ready. It took 20 minutes for coffee. Plus they were out of many food items. I had to choose something from what they had left over. The workers were trying their best to get all the orders out. So many people were waiting inside and in drive-thru.

The staff was rude, disorganized, and did not make drinks in the order in which they were received. We were actually yelled at by staff for asking why our two drinks (with no customizations) took 20 minutes to make. One staff member chased someone out of the bathroom and then went back to making orders without washing their hands.

I went to this Starbucks on 10/13 the lady taking my order was so vibrant and energetic I loved her energy, I get to the window and she?s still so energetic and the customer before me took off and left their order so she gave me their drinks. Liz you were amazing, thank you once again. A1 customer service :

For anyone who likes coffee, this location is very convenient. There are restaurants. You can buy your coffee and buy food in one of the restaurants in the same place.

The drinks are so good, but it's a little long waiting to get your drink, but it's worth waiting.
