As I waited, I noticed drinks sitting on the counter unattended, and none of the staff made an effort to call out the drink orders for the customers present. Several workers appeared to be just standing around when they could have been helping to speed up service. Overall, it was a chaotic experience. The staff could benefit from better management to improve their efficiency and teamwork. Thanks to this experience, I ended up late for work.

Terrible experience I ordered online and they never clarified doors close at 9 . Place says on the app and on Google it closes till 11. Employee gave me attitude when I simply asked if I can pick up my order. I had to wait long line to pick up my stuff when the whole point of me ordering ahead is to not waste my time waiting for other to order. Never coming to this Starbucks again. Terrible job for whoever is in charge .

I waited a few minutes, and another rude employee came over to inform me that they do accept $100 bills but were closing soon. It was only 9 PM, and their app states they close at 11 PM! Both women had terrible attitudes; one even closed the window on me and threw the bill back! I will never return to this place. Management should be more careful in selecting their employees!

This place it is a good place buttttt a Lady called Carol it is a rude person!!! I did an pick up order and I just ask something about my order and she just be so rude for NO REASON just because dont want to answer about her job... I attach my order and the time... This place needs more employees. I preordered my drink and snack. When i arrived it still wasn't ready. It took 20 minutes for coffee. Plus they were out of many food items. I had to choose something from what they had left over. The workers were trying their best to get all the orders out. So many people were waiting inside and in drive-thru.

If I could give zero stars, I would! The service from the order taker at the drive-thru was terrible, and when I got to the window, he had the same awful attitude, acting like he owned the place and didn't care at all!

The service is good, but the staff can be quite pedantic. If you ask them something, they often respond that they don't speak Spanish. Personally, I will never order coffee there again.

Service is slow here. Came 11/8 9am in the drive thru line for over 40 minutes. I don?t get why it takes so long to long. Then they say they don?t have sugar? What how? Reserva una mesa ahora
