I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant on the night of October 19, 2022, around 10:30 PM. The staff was quite rude and it was frustrating to find out they were out of Frappuccinos. It’s surprising that they wouldn’t keep enough supplies on hand for something so popular. The customer service needs significant improvement. It feels like they really need to hire more competent staff and ensure they’re stocked up on the right items, like Cookie Crumble Frappes. Also, addressing customers with “Yo” isn’t appropriate; I’d prefer a more respectful greeting.
As I waited, I noticed drinks sitting on the counter unattended, and none of the staff made an effort to call out the drink orders for the customers present. Several workers appeared to be just standing around when they could have been helping to speed up service. Overall, it was a chaotic experience. The staff could benefit from better management to improve their efficiency and teamwork. Thanks to this experience, I ended up late for work.
This place it is a good place buttttt a Lady called Carol it is a rude person!!! I did an pick up order and I just ask something about my order and she just be so rude for NO REASON just because dont want to answer about her job... I attach my order and the time... This place needs more employees. I preordered my drink and snack. When i arrived it still wasn't ready. It took 20 minutes for coffee. Plus they were out of many food items. I had to choose something from what they had left over. The workers were trying their best to get all the orders out. So many people were waiting inside and in drive-thru. Reserva una mesa ahora
The staff was rude, disorganized, and did not make drinks in the order in which they were received. We were actually yelled at by staff for asking why our two drinks (with no customizations) took 20 minutes to make. One staff member chased someone out of the bathroom and then went back to making orders without washing their hands.
I went to this Starbucks on 10/13 the lady taking my order was so vibrant and energetic I loved her energy, I get to the window and she?s still so energetic and the customer before me took off and left their order so she gave me their drinks.
