I came in today and ordered my drink that I get daily and I do customize it. Abigail was my cashier and she looked utterly irritated that I a made 3 modifications. So, much so, that I apologized for it. I let it go. I also order a banana bread, not heated please. She walks over, grabs the bread in plastic wrapper, Literally tosses on the counter- no bag, no napkins. And I was like ???? ?can I have a bag? Or a napkin? How I am I supposed to open it and set it down?? She did look Embarrassed. And said ?most people like it so they don?t need a napkin.? Just a heads-up that the Google reviews are much more favorable than those on Yelp, and I don't quite understand the negative comments on Yelp. The dining room is spacious and clean, and the music is at a nice volume. The staff appeared friendly and ready to help. The coffee was fresh, thanks to the new brew-on-demand machines. I have no complaints at all. Plus, there’s convenient parking right outside the entrance. I did notice a bit of chaos and disorganization behind the counter, but it didn’t affect my order in any way.
I ordered an grande white mocha and was shocked that it cost 5.25 when it's normally 4.95 and not only was it priced more than other places I've stopped at they didn't even make it a full cup it was more whip than anything else. I told the girl it wasn't a full cup she made a face rolled her eyes and had another made for me. That too wasn't a full cup of coffee either. I'm not going there if I can help it. Bad service with eyes rolling when you call em out on thier bad mistakes!!!! Not good for business...
What?s up with the password on your restroom doors? You make it hard for people who doesn?t speak English as first language. I couldn?t clearly hear the numbers the staff were trying telling me and kept coming back because I heard the numbers incorrectly and you staff wasn?t nice enough to come punch in the numbers correctly. This so unprofessional. Not a welcoming environment. Your standard has dropped.

Hello Starbucks, that was not 1/2 caff 8 hours ago. And maybe you should find a way to direct cars ordering three dozen grilled cheese sandwiches OR whatever complicated **** that was to a waiting space in front instead of having them hold up the line for what? Nearly 15 minutes? That was two vehicles in a row with super long prep times. So, you took a short cut and screwed up my drink? Not OK.
On days I come here in the mornings, the drinks are horrible and not made correctly (even the ones I’ve ordered from their menu). Customer service is not the greatest when you’re using their drive thru. No greetings, no you’re welcome, and a lot of blank faces. I’ve ordered once inside and it was decent service inside.I’ve started to drive the extra mile to another location.
This Starbucks is very convenient as it provides drive through service. Their drinks are well made. Staff are friendly. Cared to other Srarbucks outlets they often do not have food items available. And I have been given egg bite orders in cups rather than the more typical container at least three times as they do not have the supplies available
The place is dirty and run down. Everything is behind the counter. So inconvenient. Plus the staff not so friendly. Drinks just so so. Could see why they're closing shops. Thumbs down for overpriced caps....
