The food is good, typical Starbucks. But this place has been known to screw people over for the longest time now. I just wanted a bagel, and I saw that the line was way too long. I figured no problem, I’ll just order it through mobile. Come to find out every single item at the store is listed as “we don’t have this in this store” and it’s annoying when you know they do. Thanks to your entire crew’s incompetence, I couldn’t even order a bagel for breakfast this morning. Thanks very little for screwing me over again. At least smoothie king gets me out of the door fast
Bad customer service, I was in the store with two other people, had to wait ten minutes for one drink. They had me waiting so long for mobile orders that were not in the store. When you go to the store they don't have any protection such as hair nets and gloves and then to handle food is unsanitary. When I stop its because I have a long drive ahead and then to wait so li g for something that could've been done is ridiculous

Awful Awful They can't make the menu. Look what I got when I ordered Pumpkin creme cold brew. There's No Pumpkin creme!!! Terrible for my 13 bucks and I feel bad for my friend as I made her expect such a good drinks. Starbucks better inspect this place if they really can carry your product. I want my money back so I can buy decent Pumpkin drinks elsewhere. Meal type: Other

This is one of most poorly managed Starbucks I?ve ever been to. Expect a minimum of a 15 minute wait (we waited 20 minutes for two Americanos). No line to order but about 12 mobile orders waiting for pickup, 25 people waiting for drinks, and line of cars in the drive thru.

Service at this restaurant was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with a cozy and inviting ambiance. Overall, a fantastic experience.
