My family was casually shopping at Safeway when we started talking about getting coffee. The barista overheard us and, without us even approaching her, she rudely shouted, "WE'RE CLOSED." We simply wished her a good night and walked away. I’ve never tried Starbucks coffee from this location, and I have no intention of doing so in the future.
This morning we went there. Nobody came to say hi after we stood there for 5 minutes. We can see they were busy but I don’t think that’s a good way to treat customers. They said hello to the next customer at the time we were leaving. So terrible! I will never go there. Actually I want to give them 0 star.
This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. Their staff is so friendly; yes they remember my name and my order. They also consist in how the prepare your coffee vs. others are not. They are a good sized Starbucks, and the line moves fairly quickly. Parking could be a challenge during peak hours.
The service here is painfully slow. The baristas could benefit from taking a few shots of the drinks they serve! Reserva una mesa ahora
