I tried to visit this Starbucks location at 8:20 PM and found a notice on the door announcing that they would close at 8 PM on 12/4, instead of the usual 10 PM. I’ve attached a photo for reference. There was a line forming in the drive-thru due to the confusion, which left some cars stuck at the order screen. I’m not sure why they closed early, possibly due to staffing issues. The note mentioned holiday hours, but I looked up the date and the only holiday I found was National Dice Day, which doesn’t seem to hold any significance for major faiths. It would be helpful if they could be more transparent about these changes! I can only imagine how frustrated those waiting in the drive-thru must f...
I went inside and ordered a venti almond milk latte. The clerk was very friendly and good service. However, I get my coffee and NO sugar or creams or anything else out for patrons. They give me a pack of broqn sugar...I get in the car down the road and drink my coffee and it literally tastes Only like Steamed MIlk NO coffee flavor or smell to it at all!!! I had to put 1.5 of individual coffee serving packets in my cup to get coffee when I got it home! So VERY Disappointing!Such a Waste of money! ?
The cashiers were rude and forgot to return my debit card, and when I asked about it, they still had an attitude. On top of that, I received cold drinks instead of the hot ones I requested. I wouldn't recommend this place.
Always welcoming and friendly. My last visit was on Halloween, and the barista was dressed as Chucky. While she was great with customers, her loud and unprofessional non-work-related conversations were a bit distracting.

The store has been remodeled, and the staff is currently adapting to the new layout of items and services. Wheelchair accessibility is excellent, making it easy to navigate.
I guess they were good before . But now the new manager dont give a damn about customer service . Nevr going back .
