Unpleasant experience this morning. Was attended (6 minutes after I arrived) by a worker that displayed a careless, and uninviting attitude. The worker appeared to have no interest in providing the slightest ounce of helpful and welcoming customer service. I grabbed a sandwich from the cold case and placed it on the counter, very close to the cash register. After I ordered my drink, I placed the sandwich into my bag. Shortly after the worker went to the back to bring what appeared to be a supervisor. The supervisor reported that the worker had said that I grabbed a sandwich and put it in my bag after I had said, yes I paid for this. Apparently the worker did not charge me for my sandwich and...
Honestly, I used to go to this Starbucks pretty often. The baristas are usually high energy and often very nice and welcoming. My previous experience was different though. I ordered an Iced matcha latte with chai and brown sugar syrup like usual. Upon receiving the order, the barista on bar, I think her name was Lauren, slammed the drink on the counter. Her attitude for the way the drink was made was honestly atrocious. The matcha powder was sitting at the bottom of my drink along with the chai and the brown sugar syrup. This drink wasn't even shaken. I often come to this store to get the same drink and never have I encountered such a rude barista. It just felt so unwelcoming and unnecessary...
The staff at this location can be hit or miss when it comes to friendliness. During my last visit, the barista overlooked the caramel in my order, and when I pointed it out, she deliberately ignored me. Fortunately, her coworker overheard and swiftly corrected it by transferring my drink into a new cup with the caramel added. I won’t let one negative encounter tarnish my view of the staff overall. It’s important to be patient, especially since this place often gets quite busy, causing drinks to take around 15-20 minutes to be ready. Besides that, it's Starbucks—there's only so much you can expect.
Poor review is solely for today, 2Sep23. I don't believe that a(ny) business is too slammed at 0740 in the morning that a barista couldn't QC their product before placing on the service line. This morning as I pulled up to an empty parking lot and walked into the empty business in excitement of this mobile order, I was shocked to find this was the lid on my order. In quiet protest, I just picked it up, threw it straight into the trash, and walked out. Then immediately placed another mobile order to Philz. Please do better Starbucks.

This is probably the most depressing Starbucks I've ever visited. There seems to be no effort put into creating a welcoming ambiance. Maybe it's the lighting, or perhaps everything just looks outdated. They hardly have any items for sale, such as mugs, pastries, or sandwiches. Even though there are a lot of staff members, the place is messy and could use some tidying up. I ordered a Frappuccino with extra ice, but it barely had any ice in it and was overly sweet.
Drinks and food are good, I recommend their java chip frap and cold brews. Service is ok, it can be out of hand when it's busy just need to be patient with them. The place is smaller than before without indoor seating, there's outdoor seating anytime.
The drinks had a fly in them, which is definitely not acceptable. Additionally, it took an extremely long time for the drinks to be prepared.
When placing mobile order, always check with them. Sometimes the order doesn't come in and the place is so busy that they've missed my order
