The employee noticed that I had ordered a sandwich, then retrieved it from the refrigerator. I asked her why my order hadn’t been prepared earlier, and she simply said they were short-staffed. It’s worth mentioning that the store was almost empty—there was just one car in the drive-thru and only one other customer sitting at a table with a laptop. Despite having three staff members working, there was no apology for the delay. Instead, she asked if I wanted a refund. No, I just wanted my lunch! The whole experience was incredibly rude, and I would rather drive to another location than ever step foot in there again. Truly disappointing.
I was very disappointed to find that the restaurant closed 15 minutes early, despite stating that their hours on Sundays are until 7:00 PM. When I worked at Starbucks, we would stay open an extra 5 minutes if necessary. The customer service was extremely lacking, especially considering I walked there. I would rate the service a 1.

I have been coming here over the summer since I heard about the nitro cold brew. One thing I do appreciate is they will not make my nitro cold brew until I get there. It makes a huge difference with the taste. They are Very polite and nice there. Makes you feel like home. I will continue going there and I highly recommend it.

They ask for your name when you place your order, but don’t expect them to call your name when your order is ready. It’s quite rude.
