The staff did not acknowledge me at all. I felt like I had to beg for their attention to recieve service. All the Starbucks staff gave me a dirty look. I do not know if they were just prejudice or just super young people who are obviously not great at customers service. We are all going through something but I do not appreciate not being acknowledge. I will not return. None of them said thank you or even have a great day. The young lady gave me my Frappuccino with an attitude. Will never return to this location.
I have a dairy allergy. I ordered a drink, I saw them make it with 2%, realise they had made a mistake, and then proceed to pour out the cup and remake the drink in the same cup. I didn’t say anything because they all seemed so preoccupied, so I gave it to my husband when I got home because I was too scared I was going to puke my brains out if I drank it.I don’t know if this is standard practice, but if it is, I’m certainly skipping the Starbucks from now on.
I visit this Starbucks frequently, and when they are open, the service is quite good. However, I’m giving them a strong negative rating today because I cannot rely on them to be open during their stated business hours. This is a recurring issue at this location. I've attached a photo from today as evidence.
Overall, it’s a lovely restaurant. The only downside is that the staff is often quite busy, especially since there are only two of them. While this isn’t their fault, it can lead to delays in taking your order when there is a long line, even though that’s not usually the case.

Nice and easy access, thats so important. Good location, accurate orders and they are focused behind the counter and get orders out promptly.
I received my cups at half price along with my drinks. The manager at Safeway resolved the issue for me.
Inconsistent never know if its going gcto be yo watery or to cold. Flip a coin.
Ordered the thursday BOGO the drinks were great.
