By far the the worst Starbucks in this area. Drive thru takes a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes or more. Even ordering for pickup in person is terrible. As customers, we should not need to order our drinks 30 minutes in advance or be prepared to wait in a 30-minute drive thru. I know they can do better because the Starbucks on Hildreth and Firestone is always quick and diligent. Also, Starbucks on Atlantic and Imperial does much better, which only confirms that better work can be done.
Line has improved. It appears that this place is no longer just a training center. However, baristas should still be familiar with common drinks that aren’t on the menu. If you’re not aware of what an Arnold Palmer is, it’s time to brush up on your knowledge. Working here isn’t about having prestige if you lack basic understanding.
I really enjoy Starbucks, but in 2023, the service has been very disappointing. You often have to wait over 20 minutes, whether in the drive-thru or inside the store, just to pick up a drink that was ordered through the app. I had hoped that things would improve in 2024, but it seems to remain the same. It's truly disappointing.
These people took 1 hour to give 2 drinks and gave no receipt . I asked several times to give me only two stupid drinks and still nothing .Now that I want a refund they do not want to give me my money back . Horrible place and horrible workers . Do Reserva una mesa ahora
The music was playing at a loud volume, making it difficult to hear when someone was calling out.
I love the cafes here a little late for them to serve you but ? it's worth it
