Me and my partner visited this Starbucks to get a drink and use the toilet after cycling in Brighton for the day. Upon our arrival we went to the toilet but had full of intentions of sitting down for a drink afterwards. As the toilet only had one cubical, which was for both male and female customers, me and my partner naturally just went in together. I get rather anxious in social situations so don’t like being alone but this is something i’ve never experienced an issue with. This is a great café for meeting up with friends in larger groups. The downside is that it can get quite noisy, so it's best to bring headphones if you plan on getting work done or taking a phone call. The bathrooms are locked and you need to ask a staff member to unlock them. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the coffee is served quickly with a smile.
The staff were nice and friendly, coffee was also fine. However this is the dirtiest and most depressing looking Starbucks I’ve EVER visited. Does anybody ever clean this place? Upstairs is so bland, it resembles a prison waiting room and my feet were sticking to the dirty floor. Shame Starbucks, sort it out and get some professional cleaners in
I went to Starbucks with my family, including my two grandchildren. We found the staff to be unfriendly and impatient. When I approached the counter later on, the four male staff were too busy engaging in their own conversation to serve me. I will not be returning.

Staff seem miserable. I assume this is to do with management. The one in Kemp Town has a great atmosphere and is buzzing. This one is depressing, staff look upset, tables and floor are dirty and it's a no from me.
I absolutely adore this place. The staff is friendly, the service is excellent, and the seating is comfortable. And let's not forget about the delicious coffee! The WiFi is also top-notch.
I live around the corner and every time I visit the staff are so lovely and hard working. I know Starbucks isn’t for everyone but I’ve never been let down by this branch

The customer service at the restaurant was absolutely terrible. The waiter, Hamish, was very rude and our order was incorrect.
Great place cool staff. Very kind and look after customers. I go there often twice a day and always good.
