Had been years since I last went to a Steak N Shake and well it was an experience. The food, oddly enough is better than I remember. Got the Double Steak Double Cheese Burger and it was really good, ended up getting another the following day. The fries are exactly what I remember.What really changed was the service. Didn't know they no longer had waiters and all self-serve. Very different than it used to be years back. Place looks about the same just minus the wait staff.
I went through the drive-thru and received the wrong order. I had to go inside to have it corrected. They also put way too much ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise on my burger. I ended up having to bring a bun from home just to enjoy my meal.
The food at this location was DELICIOUS!!! The cashier was very friendly helpful with the menu! This location is what you’d expect every steak shake to be like! Highly recommended!!
The restaurant has completely changed. I used to enjoy the atmosphere, but now it's like going to McDonald's, only more expensive. My family and I will not be returning. Reserva una mesa ahora
The food is always great. The staff is %90 of the time lovely. The atmosphere used to be amazing, but I feel it could use some updating.
The service was friendly, the food was served warm, and the chocolate shake was excellent!
