I had lunch here for the first time last week with some friends. It was quite quiet at the time, in fact only two other tables were being used. The service was very efficient and the food looked and tasted really nice. Fresh too.We ordered too much food for the three of us, so my teenage son had pizza for dinner, which he loved too. Only slight complaint was that my tortellini boscaiola was a little too oily and not much bacon. Otherwise all good.The main waiter made a point of interrupting his own lunch to thank us and bid us farewell which was a nice friendly touch.The restaurant is BYO wine too and I would not hesitate in going back.
We have been to this restaurant a number of times since it first opened, the most recent being last Saturday. We were initially unimpressed but we had a really good experience this time. The food has always been good but the organisation previously left us disappointed. I am pleased to report all that appears to be behind them now. With all their ducks in a row, they now provide a really good dining experience. We had entrees and Pizzas and they were all very good. We sat in the Centre's indoor/outdoor area which works well. Unfortunately the couple we were with paid and robbed me of the opportunity to advise readers on value for money
I dined at Stella Blue after a Sunday evening performance at the Glen Street Theatre; many others had the same idea and the place was very busy. We had no booking but we were warmly welcomed and a table was found for us. The service was prompt, various staff members visited our table and we felt they cared ... all were friendly and professional. The food was plentiful and tasty and in fact my friend couldn't manage hers and she asked for a take-away pack, which was quickly produced. The décor is smart and the wine list features wines by the glass.This place will be our new post-theatre dining venue.
Dined thete few times and had few takaways.Initially service was appaling (waiting for a pizza for an hour and a half is not exactly superb service-and that was dining in).Pizzas are good an family suze in en par with other take-aways.Service has improved considerably and staff is very attentive and prompt. Food is good no faults there. However it is still overpriced. A main at close to $40 and pasta plate at $30 for a local suburban restaurant is way too much.It is vere well attended especially Fridays and Saturdays but at these prices it us more occasional then regular for me.

I was a huge fan of Stella Blue when it opened in Dee Why many years ago.So, have I changed or is this place so very different ?Menu: a bit on the plain side, but if you want the standards, they have itAmbience: shopping mall meets restaurantService: yes, there was service. It brought food and took orders but did absolutely nothing to add to the experience.Food prep: nothing wrong, but that's about it. Like the service, it wasn't anything more than "there and competent".
This is by far the best Pizza. We have had take away many times always excellent. Tonight we ordered five and they were ready is 30 minutes as stated. The place was packed with in house diners and a continual stream of. People collecting pizzas. You would never have a Pizza Hut or David mono again. Beautiful Pizza,the Supreme our favourite.
Have dined there several times and every time the pizza's have been average which is fair enough ...you get that.But I had to write this review after my experience today with the very rude manager which i wont get into, so one star for poor customer service.
keeping it simple ..the venue is clean and bright very welcoming ..staff were wonderful...pizza was delish and so was my pear/rocket salad ..so good ..love this little gem

Our waiter Matt was a shining star. Good pasta and pizza on a noisy wet night. Efficient service and a buzzy atmosphere made for a lovely night.
Delicious food with great service. A bit on the high price for a local restaurant that you would visit often but when you do it's worth it.
