The Subi Hotel— a comforting yet turbulent relationship. The beer selection is standard, but securing a pint requires patience; there 's always a shortage of bar staff, especially during peak hours. Queue etiquette seems optional here, as they lack a system to identify who 's next. The turnover of staff resembles somewhat of a revolving door, with new faces every time I go. The food falls into the okay category with the exception of the Katsu Sando which slaps harder than Will Smith. Yet, amidst these quirks and flaws lies an inexplicable charm. Went for lunch, the bar staff was so miserable and didn’t make eye contact at all, she was rude, I ordered the roast lamb, which was no better than a frozen meal, ate a couple of bites and left it, it’s a lovely menu, but 0% hospitality, would never recommend Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
