The best subway around! Friendly people, amazing owner and amazing quality of food for subway! The young man who works sundays is absolutely awesome. I feel bad he is there all by himself because it gets very busy between walk in customers and online orders. He is very friendly, hard working and very efficient! He never makes the delivery drivers wait to long and he always takes care of customers! It's so hard to find good employees like this, please know he is a great asset to your business. Everyone else I have ever encountered here to is awesome and friendly and makes great sandwiches too!
I'm sorry to say that my experience here was extremely disappointing. The bread was gooey and undercooked, and the bacon in the sandwich was completely uncooked. We ordered four sandwiches along with three sodas and three cookies, and our total came to $48, which felt far too expensive for what we received. The six-inch sandwiches were only four inches long. Overall, it was not worth the cost at all.
When phone orders take precedence over customers who actually make the effort to come into your shop, it's frustrating. I don’t want to stand in line while large phone orders are prepared one after another. If you want to focus on takeout, consider hiring more staff. I'm done with this place.

Mobile ordered order went to Dixon. Tried to call Dixon location no one picked up no room on voicemail. Went to this location asked them if they could help order placed 10 min prior nope... won't help. Charged us for what we got disrespectful. Wouldn't give us a number to call.
What's the difference between substituting turkey for ham, they both cost the same! And you don't accept your own coupons? All I hear is no when I walk in to your place. But I guess there's other places I can go!Good luck.
Excellent service and friendly staff. It's more affordable than the one by Safeway (I won't be returning there; the staff were extremely rude). This place is fantastic!

Last 3 times the sandwiches have been terrible. Limited lettuce, smaller overall sandwich, expired toppings. Stay away!!
