Subway - Reserva de mesa

I placed an order online after work and when I arrived at the restaurant they didn?t have it ready and said it wasn?t in the system. I had the confirmation page pulled up on the website showing that it should have been ready and that I paid. Theemployee refused to look at it and told me that I could order another one but I would have to pay. She told me to cancel theorder even though there was no way for me to do so since it was already paid for. I asked for it to be honored and she refused.I asked for her to ask a supervisor so she called ?the owner? who told me I needed to buy another sandwich. My husband and I came late on a Saturday night and our service was awful. There was a guy with blonde hair and our veggies were falling out of our sandwiches onto the counter and he stuffed them back into the sandwiches. We got home and our subs were amess, with everything coming out! Never going back to this place!

Subway was my favorite place. I love the pastrami sandwiches. I paid too much and it only has a lil bit of pastrami.. last time I eat there. Great customer service tho. Is just the fact that the sandwiches have a lil bit of meat.

Great service gets pretty packed so try and get there early but Subway Subway stay fresh.
