I visited Subway for the first time on October 31st, and I typically don't write reviews, but I had a really unpleasant experience. The employee was quite rude, and his attitude, gestures, and the way he spoke while staring at my son made it seem like we were wasting his time. People like him shouldn't be working in customer service. It's clear he doesn't care about Subway, and that attitude could harm the restaurant's reputation. I was hesitant to order, but my children wanted to eat there, so we went ahead, though I can confidently say I would never return. It's no surprise to see so many one-star reviews.

1-STAR REVIEW: The customer service here is terrible, and the service is incredibly slow. I would not recommend visiting this Subway location. For instance, when I requested extra veggies on my footlong Veggie Delite sandwich, they barely added any. I had to repeatedly ask for more.

The staff at this Subway location are very unhelpful, demonstrating poor customer service. The preparation of the veggie footlong sandwiches leaves much to be desired. Overall, I cannot recommend dining at this Subway, as there are many other options in the vicinity.
