In my humble opinion, this is the best Subway for online orders in the area. You always receive exactly what you request. If you ask for extra jalapeños or any other topping, you will definitely get it. Unlike some other locations where they tend to skip ingredients when you're not there to oversee the sandwich-making, this Subway consistently delivers. A perfect example of this is the Subway on Main Street in downtown Anoka, where I’ve often ordered online requesting extra toppings, only to receive a disappointing, scant sandwich. This is the best Subway for online ordering in the area in my humble opinion. You get what you order. If you ask for extra jalapeños or whatever, you get it. Unlike some others where if you're not there watching the sandwich be built they skimp on things. A perfect example is the Subway on Main Street in downtown Anoka. Several times I have ordered online and asked for extra of certain items only to receive some skinny, skimpy sandwich. Totally unsat! But not with this Subway. I jump in my car and drive a couple miles from my office to payronize this location rather than walking one block to the downtown Anoka Subway. Its well worth it.
Would've given 5 stars if the store had more staff at this location. That isn't to say the customer service provided suffered, but instead the wait was much longer than some anticipated. The 1 employee there did their very best to move from customer to customer with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude. I made sure to give that employee an extra good tip for handling a large group of hungry and frustrated customers with poise and professionalism. If this location can hire more employees like the one who served me, I would gladly change this to a 5 star review.
Subway is great. I always know what to expect when I order our usual. I guess it has been awhile since I ordered last; imagine my surprise when my Total was nearly $50!! Three footlong subs, nothing extra, nothing crazy about the subs. A couple of cookies for each person, and one bottle of pop. That is the ONLY reason I didn 't rate it higher. My go-to, fast food places should be fast, friendly, flavorful, and AFFORDABLE....or I won 't be back. At least not very soon....I can 't afford to! Reserva una mesa ahora
I went into this Subway near closing to order three foot long sandwiches. I know, awful. I felt really guilty about it, honestly. The staff here made no complaints, never seemed frustrated or annoyed, and were super friendly about it. I was in and out of there in five minutes and the sandwiches were still made well! I cannot expect this kind of service at any other Subway in the area so I was pleasantly surprised.
This is by far the best Subway to visit if you want everything done correctly. The staff, especially Teresea, is well-trained and honest. The food looks great, and they work quickly without rushing, unlike the location in Maple Grove (check my review). Here, they get everything right with a smile. It's always a pleasure!
