I had a rather disappointing experience at this restaurant. The sandwich maker quickly informed me that they wouldn’t accept my coupon without really taking a look at it. After I changed my order, she began making my sandwich and then asked if I wanted the tuna toasted. I clearly mentioned that it could be toasted later, but she seemed confused and pointed to the tuna, prompting me to clarify that I meant after the tuna was added. Despite her confusion, she reiterated that they do not accept those coupons, so I decided to leave. Making a sandwich isn’t difficult, and I figured it would be more efficient and less frustrating to just prepare one at home. I also regretted the waste of my gas.

However, today I attempted to redeem one that didn't specify any exclusions for foot-long sandwiches, except for signature wraps. I was told that it could only be used for basic subs, which wasn't clearly communicated.
