This restaurant is extremely disorganized. They consistently lack enough staff, especially during the busy lunch hours. Typically, there are only two employees working when there should be at least three, ideally four. One person is always tied up at the register. I visited this Subway for the first time yesterday during the lunch rush, and I was impressed. Despite the long queue, the staff was well-organized and efficient, so my wait was minimal. The employees were friendly and straightforward, asking me what I would like and thanking me with phrases like, "Thank you for your business. We really appreciate it!" There was no unnecessary chit-chat, but their pleasant demeanor made the experience enjoyable. Anyone who uses the Subway App knows that it often offers great deals, helping you save money. However, this location frequently appears closed during lunch hours, even though it is technically open. When I inquired about this, the staff informed me that they receive so many app orders that they disable the app to manage the workload. I’m not willing to pay $12 for a sub, which is why I signed up for the app in the first place. The store in Anoka never has this issue, so I sometimes find myself driving an extra 3 miles for lunch.
The two girls tonight (9/26 around 7pm) did an excellent job! They had a difficult customer with a big order, that was also arguing within the group of 3 they were in. The customers just made things awkward. I felt bad for the 2 girls I saw working. They both did a great job on being calm and cooperative with the difficult customers. When it was my turn to order. They made things quick, and easy. Very much appreciated.

On September 29th at 4:30, the employee at this restaurant struggled to manage a simple order for two people. When my extra bag of chips and soda were not included in the bag, I mentioned that I would just get them myself. However, he then left his post watching the cameras to confront me and accused me of stealing. I recommend he take a look at the receipt; it seems like he has a tough job.
Maybe if the 2 younger females working today were paying more attention to the customers rather than their boyfriends who were in chatting with them, this place would have better service. Where was the management? Stood there and just waiting with no acknowledgment.
I ask for avocados, I pay for avocados, but I do not get avocados. This has happened twice now. It's $2 so it's not worth going back to the restaurant, but damn it's annoying. This review is for the attention of someone who gives a care.
The location could definitely use more strong individuals making sandwiches. Seeing a muscular person expertly work with the bread enhances the enjoyment of my 12-inch sub.

Chronically understaffed and slow while looking you dead in the face. I have nothing but poor experiences at this location.
Since their cutbacks a while ago, their sandwiches have really lost value. I'd much rather go to Jersey Mike's.
