Do not go to this Subway. The owner acts very nice and friendly and gives free cookies. But that is only a smoke screen for him to over charge you on your overall total. He will sneakily input your order incorrect to get the slightest up charges. I have only been to this place once just now and I can already tell you this is the cleanest and best subway there is in Illinois!!! Their meat and vegetables are fresh. The bread is fresh. Everything is great and on top of that, The costumer service makes it a thousand times more better. Middle eastern guy, So nice, great guy, great listener and very generous. I absolutely loved my experience with this subway!!
This Subway does not accept Subway coupons, even though they were delivered to my mailbox only 3 blocks away. Ok fine, I get that it's expensive to run a business. I ordered a BMT, it looked great until I got home to eat it. I noticed the meats were sliced wafer thin, MUCH thinner than when they didn't slice their meats in house, So basically I paid $11 for bread, veggies and barley any meat. Total rip off!
Three strikes against this restaurant: 1) My grandmother visited today with a coupon she received in the mail, but was told that they "don't accept coupons." 2) The staff member at the counter was rude and even tore the coupon from her hand. 3) The food was disappointing. I don't think this location will be around much longer.

I had a wonderful experience on Christmas Eve afternoon. It's clear that the owners take great pride in their restaurant and focus on providing an excellent customer experience.
I wanted to get my daughter a sandwich, but they locked the door 20 minutes early. The employee just keeps eyeing me through the window.

We had five dishes and the check came out to about $70. Not bad. The food was delicious. I highly recommend everything
