Yelp needs a 0 stars option because of places like this. I'm a local and used to come to this location because it's convenient. There was a manager, a short lady with short hair, before who was kind to every person that walked through the door. It's sad to say I'll be making the drive to other locations or even waiting to one near work in Encino. 0 customer service. The lady with the tattoos in her hands doesn't greet, doesn't acknowledge customers, and doesn't care if one comes back or not.
The staff at the restaurant were busy chatting while a long line of customers was building up, and they didn’t seem concerned at all. Meanwhile, the manager was occupied cleaning and restocking dressings instead of addressing the queue. Although there were enough employees present to assist customers, it was clear that the manager was not effectively managing the situation.
Going to this location was pleasant only because my sandwich artist named Tiffany made me a really good Italian BMT with love, respectful, great attitude and made my sandwich with just the right amount of ingredients and cut it like a pro, not to mentiona solid wrap to go. It's not to crowded in the evening and it's right by favorite store, Home Depot!
The restaurant was not clean, the staff was unfriendly, and I felt rushed to complete my order. My experience was very uncomfortable, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. These employees are soo slow. Some people(me) only have 30 mins lunch break and are in a hurry. Spent the whole break at this place just ordering sheesh. They should hurry up and help the customers instead of talking to each other.
Very bad. The staff was very slow, it took 35 minutes for 3 large sandwiches and 5 small ones 3 small ones, the 4 broccoli soups had a bad taste, they were very watery as if they were spoiled, I really wouldn't want to go back

After a drink at Starbucks a good lunch brake at subway to gain some fuel nice and friendly staff enjoyed my meal there would recommend
