The touch screen was acting up but we placed our order pulled up paid and was told a different total then what the touch screen said when we ordered. We didn?t get our drinks or chips we ordered with the comb meals he then charged us again for the items left off but added a water we didn?t order. We gave back the water and asked for our fountain drink we just paid for he tried to charge us again. Very poor service it was over $22 for an $18 order. Will not be stopping at this subway again
Steer clear of this place if you want timely and accurate orders. Ordered for 5:45 didn't get my sandwiches till 6:05, and two were incorrect. Not toasted missing ingredients incorrect cheese. And it's not like they were understaffed. They had 4 Associates working that Night. Save yourself the headache and go to Culver's or mcdonalds instead.
