I enjoy visiting Subway, especially when I'm greeted with a "Bonjour," which makes me feel like I'm in a different place. However, it seems like the end of the day for the staff, particularly Megane. There was no "good morning" or "good evening," which I find disappointing. Customer service is crucial, and it's important to feel welcomed when I'm spending my money. The only positive aspect of my visit was that I received my meal very quickly. Overall, it seemed like the employee was just going through the motions and bored with her job.
I enjoy going to the subway, and I was hoping for a friendly "Hello," just as I would expect at the end of the day. I didn't get that greeting, nor did I hear a "good evening." While customer service is important, the most crucial factor for me is feeling comfortable where I'm spending my money. On a positive note, I did receive my meal quite quickly. However, I did overhear a girl complaining about her job.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The tuna was old and dry, and the service was lacking. The sandwiches were barely filled, and when I inquired about it, I was told it was because the manager limits the portions. Apparently, he monitors them with cameras and insists they serve the bare minimum. It’s unfair to the workers and frustrating for customers. Overall, a terrible experience!
