During a recent road trip, we decided to stop at a Subway restaurant. We had stopped going to Subway before because we felt it was becoming too expensive for what was offered. However, this review is not about that; it's about the exceptional customer service we received at this particular location. There were two employees working, and Kim stood out for her exceptional service. Not only did she make delicious sandwiches, but she was also friendly and incredibly helpful. The staff at this restaurant is excellent. I recently had a sub with exactly 5 ounces of meat, as advertised. Thank you for your honesty and great service. I hope everyone follows suit and visits this location to learn how to provide excellent service without cutting corners.
