I stopped in to order a sandwich, wearing a mask. The employee working commented how he could barely understand me because I was wearing a mask. Then went on to ask if I was vaccinated, laughed when I said I was and that he would never get vaccinated. I don’t appreciate someone making my food ridiculing me for wearing a mask trying to do the right thing by being safe, and admitting they’re not vaccinated as they make my food with no mask on. Subway, you just lost a customer.
This restaurant is consistently closed during their supposed open hours and fails to meet even the basic standards of an overpriced sandwich. I highly recommend not going here. Instead, try Qfanatic or grab a hot dog. I have given this place multiple chances, but they are frequently closed. I even had to request a refund for a sandwich they never gave me. Avoid this place at all costs. It is the worst Subway in the area.
I ordered a meatball sub. When I opened it to eat, it was cold. I informed the staff and they offered to heat it up, but it ended up being too chewy to eat. I was disappointed because I did not expect frozen meatballs. There are many other Subway locations to try, so you may want to consider skipping this one. Just a heads up!
I ordered in the store and had no problems, but I ordered online I ordered a huh bacon ranch sub, not get bacon, not ranch, had veggies on I didn't order. gave me no reception so I could evaluate my order. I am new to champlin not impressed by this subway Reserva una mesa ahora
The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and accommodating. I witnessed a customer who was dissatisfied with the way their sandwich was toasted, and the employees handled the situation with professionalism and grace. Kudos to them!
Years ago I posted a negative review that I have since deleted from this location. Currently they are remodeling and I had a fast and super good sammich from here last week.
All of the footlong prices on the in-store menu are $2 more than every other store, and what’s listed online. Ridiculous.
