This is, without a doubt, the dirtiest and most unpleasant White Castle/fast food restaurant I've ever visited in my life. The floors are so sticky that your feet feel glued to them, and every single table is littered with trash or leftover food. The staff is rude and seems indifferent; they are more focused on each other than on the customers. When I approached the counter, it was cluttered with items that should have been stored in the back. To top it all off, half of the soda machine was out of order. After waiting for 25 minutes, I requested a refund and left. I can't imagine the owner is pleased with the current staff. I wish there were a way to give zero stars.
I ordered a 30 pack with no onions, extra pickles, three double cheeseburgers, and a few other things they didn’t get it right I had a lot of onions one pickle on each burger ! I call Dan the manager that was working Friday March 10th tonight at 7 pm he was absolutely clueless!! and I’m not sure if he has giving me his real name ! because he pauses when I asked him his name like he didn’t want to say his name!! i’m the owner of a company if I had a manager like that working for me that was so clueless about his job, He would have to get retrained!! My order was all wrong!!
I visited the restaurant on Saturday, August 6, and was highly disappointed. I understand that it's fast food, but the place was so understaffed that it took 25 minutes to get just four sliders, onion chips, and a soda. I didn't request cheese on the sliders, but they came with it anyway. I didn't want to wait another 25 minutes for the correct order. To make matters worse, there was no flavor in either the burgers or the chips. I think they should consider closing this place down! Next time, I’ll head to Arby's across the lot.
The floors were incredibly greasy, dirty, and sticky! We waited a long time to be served inside, even though we were the only customers present. The tables were in desperate need of cleaning, as they were covered in crumbs and soda. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because the food was hot and fresh. It definitely needs a deep cleaning! I won't be returning.

In my opinion, White Castle can be quite hit or miss, often depending on the time of day and various other factors. However, this morning, my experience was fantastic! The drive-thru service was quick, the employees were friendly and helpful, and the food was hot and delicious. It's experiences like these that keep me coming back.
We waited nearly ten minutes from when someone said they'd be right with us at the drive-thru to when our order was finally taken. This was the only downside of our experience. The food is consistently exactly what I want: affordable and always satisfying after a smoke session.
The food met my expectations, which was a positive surprise. However, the service was a bit unwelcoming, almost as if I was an inconvenience to the staff. The drive-thru signs were not working, and the intercom was barely functional. White Castle, it’s time to improve.
The food was served lukewarm, and there were about four leaks in the ceiling in the dining area. It's concerning and could be improved. The owner should pay closer attention to these issues to develop a better management plan and maintain the building properly.

The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is always courteous. While it may take a bit longer to receive your meal, that's because everything is made fresh to order rather than being pre-prepared. I particularly love the chicken with cheese sliders!
