if i could give them zero stars i would. got coupons in the mail and ordered 2 foot-longs one roast beef with no toppings and the lady working there only gave me 5 slices of roast beef and didn't add extra even though she saw i didn't want any additional toppings. I let it slide because I knew I was using a coupon. I went to the register and she said they don't take coupons. She rings it up and the roast beef cost 12.99 and the other sandwich 11.99. I had no idea this location didn't take coupons, but I'm extremely angry with the service and the cheapness here. AVOID AT ALL COST. go to the one in the mall instead.

BEWARE: They do not take the coupons that come in the mail. Please know this before you order! And when you do order, just know that they skimp on the meats, veggies, etc. I'm not asking to dump a pound of meat on there, but I would expect a little more than four slices of roast beef for a footlong sandwich. And at that they charged $13 for this sandwich. I could go to Primo Hoagies that just opened up and get a Roast Beef Diablo for $12 and receive wonderful bread, plethora of meat, amazing cheese and fresh toppings.

Come in and when we go to order the gentleman is on the phone. Doesn’t put gloves on to make the food or wash his hands. Continues talking on his AirPods. I said not to toast mine and he didn’t pay attention then toasted it as he was still talking. He then finally wrapped our sandwiches and took my cash.

The place looks organized and clean but the customer service is simply terrible, they seem to be very upset when you are ordering, they look bad at you. This place has a very bad vibe, makes Subway looks like a very cheap brand.

Good services. Everything was quiet fresh. I ate such good subway after long time.
