The restaurant was incredibly dirty. When I ordered tomatoes, they only served me three! Seriously, what is that?! On top of that, the atmosphere was humid and just uncomfortable. I was really frustrated to see that they still have straws available for customers to grab. Many restaurants have started asking customers to request straws to help reduce plastic waste, but not here! They’re still handing them out without a second thought. This is downright irresponsible and harmful to marine life. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I won’t be returning. I advise others to stay away as well!

I wasn't greeted when I walked in, unlike other Subway locations. The wrap I received was very messy; it had just three tomatoes placed in the center, and a single scoop of guacamole that wasn’t spread out. Additionally, all wraps are supposed to come with double meat, but mine didn’t. If I could give a zero rating, I would. It’s clear that the managers and owners need to better train their staff in customer service. I used to visit this place frequently, but I won't be coming back. I'd rather take an extra three minutes to go to another Subway or a competitor.
I?ve been to this location a few times and their ingredients never look fresh (lettuce/spinach/cucumbers always look old). I should?ve known better and stopped going there, right? Well, I didn?t?and recently ended up with food poisoning after eating one of their tuna sandwiches. Safe to say I will never return to this location. I wish the employees did a better job of maintaining cleanliness and practicing safe food handling procedures.

As soon as I walked into the restaurant, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles. They were friendly and offered outstanding customer service. I felt a bit frustrated when the person in front of me ordered a large number of sandwiches, but the high level of service made it more bearable. Well done, team! I hope your manager recognizes the effort you all put in. I visited on November 18, 2020, around 6 PM.
I had a terrible experience with the service, and they failed to include the condiments I requested while managing other sandwich orders. My server, number 155, did an excellent job, but her coworker was lacking. They really need to improve their accuracy, especially since I was the only customer in the store at the time. I've also attached a picture of the receipt.
The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. They were friendly and had great customer service. Although I was annoyed because the customer in front of ordered alot of sandwiches I wasn't that upset due to the good customer service. Good job team. I visited this Subway on April 4, 2022, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the food was well-prepared and neatly arranged. I went today at 8:55am and I didn't get the girls name that helped me but she was super quick on making my egg sandwich but the cherry on top was that she wrapped my sandwich in foil paper and NO ONE ever does that, so by the time I got to work it wasstill warm and delicious!
