The one lady who works there tends to sit on her phone in the back (you can see her through the mirror up top) for quite a while even after we say excuse me! a few times. She 's very rude and seems to not give one lick of care about her job. Can 't say anything bad about the subs, you get what you order and it always tastes fine although that lady likes to pour on the sauce quite thick even when you ask for light sauce. Otherwise, the younger people who work there are very pleasant and the food 's good.
I normally love this place. Today the service was horrible. The young gentleman that made my sandwiches came to the counter with dirty hands and never washed them just put on gloves, and then would hardly put any of the toppings on my sandwiches. I had to tell him to keep adding my toppings. Then he went to grab cutting knife and they where wet he did not dry them with a clean cloth just waved them in the air. Absolutely horrible very disappointed.
Premium Subway location. As someone who probably eats Subway once a week at various locations around Western Canada, I can honestly say this is my favourite location, occasionally stopping here on my way home from work. Veggies are always on point and the wrap I just mowed thru was the absolute best sandwich I have ever had. I didnt catch the Sandwich Artists name unfortunately but I hope that boy gets a raise. 10/10. Thanks Bud!
My only complaint would be that too many people also live the meatballs sub and sometime's they are out. In my line of work; as a busy hairdresser, I often don't have time to eat and can almost never microwave food. With a 12 inch sub, I can tear off a chunk throughout a 12 hour day. To keep the bread dry, I ask for lettuce, cukes, tomato slices and dressing on the side. One sub will get me though a murder day at work. Reserva una mesa ahora
Some staff unsure how to make sandwiches. Worst experience by far, I explained to the gentleman how to make it he kept saying that's not right at all, it's a mega with 2 egg,4 sausage,4 bacon he puts 2 sausage,1 egg, 3 bacon instead haha brutal. New management maybe, same old attitudes. Better off driving the 10-15mins to windermere.
Good food as always but the staff can be a bit grumpy I found out a few times or pretend you don’t excist while waiting for them to take your order. Still recommend but friendliness does go a long ways. Be more happy and pay attention more to your customers and you’ll be a 5 star place in no time.
