Their vegetables are sad and so not fresh. It is very frustrating when you are there and more people are behind you in line and the sandwich builder starts to build your sandwich...cuts open the bread and lays a base of meat and cheese and then just lets it sit there as the sandwich builder goes to the next person in line. Then when they have like 3 or 4 sandwiches built with meat and cheese, then they get to finishing ALL sandwiches with veggies at the same time. I have things to do and don't have time to wait for sandwiches to be built for people who showed up AFTER I did. After entering the store, we found no patrons present and no attendee. Moments later I saw someone in the back. My wife coughed to get their attention. Nothing. Finally, I hollered out Excuse Me Out came a lady, never once looking up or acknowledging our...presence in any way. No apology for not being there when we arrived, that's for sure. She proceeded to the end of the serving counter where she put on a pair of rubber gloves and readied a paper to place my expectant order on. I was very pleasantly surprised by how friendly and chatty the staff was at this location. Even though I arrived just minutes before closing time, they went out of their way to provide an excellent sub and in no way rushed me. We even had...a pleasant conversation about my RV rig which I had parked right in front of the store. I would definitely visit again on my next stop in Creston!

Two employees working did not want to make pulled pork but eventually did. Next customer behind me wanted seafood and they told him they didn’t have it ready yet, eventually made his too. Neither was wanting to help anyone who came in while we were...there. Horribly dirty restaurant, every table was unclean, bathroom didn’t have hand soap and didn’t flush.

How does a place like this not have pickles or onions? It's not like they have an extensive menu. Plus, the one guy working there wasn't really apologetic. An old couple eating comprised the only clientele. Kind of a sad place. The premises across the...street was way more happenin'.

This subway is across from my office so I have ate there ALOT! Franchises are a little harder to review because in general they are all the same (or at least I think that is the idea!). These guys do a really good job though. Fast friendly service, and the place is always spotless.

Don't go here. Apparently they don't understand or don't speak english. because what you order is not what you get. Sloppily made hardly any meat and tasted like sawdust. Never buying from there again!

There is NOTHING which can be positively said about this SUBWAY sadly. Shocked by the degree of poor quality throughout. I would never return even if I was starving!

Worst costumer service I had ever had at a SubwayOne sandwich had so much mustard and mayo on it you couldn't see the meat.
