I hadn't eaten all day to prepare for a big event, so I decided to stop by Subway—after all, how could you mess up a sandwich? I ordered an Italian BMT, and everything seemed fine until about two hours later at the event when I started feeling extremely sick. As time passed, my condition worsened, leading to frequent, unpleasant, watery diarrhea every 15 minutes. After each episode, I felt drained and unable to participate in my plans, eventually needing to lie down and sleep for the next 24 hours. I woke up the next morning feeling like I had food poisoning. Since that experience, my trust in Subway and their menu has completely disappeared.
This location is very good if you have your sandwich made in front of you. On several occasions I have had sandwiches delivered and today ordered it online and went and picked it up. it is like they use the oldest bread in the store, and just throw your sandwich together any way they please. I order a sandwich that is strictly as on their board ,no additional items. they just randomly add or leave stuff out. I was so annoyed this time I took it back and the lady made me open the sandwich and still wanted to argue about what was wrong when it clearly was not what I ordere. then ask me to take the incorrect sandwich and dispose of it.
The sandwich was fine as usual, but the service left much to be desired. Today, a new employee was talking on the phone and wasn't paying attention, so I had to repeat my sandwich order several times. When I asked her for a cup to serve my drink, she rudely told me to get one from the drink machine, even though they were right behind the counter. When I asked again, she handed me the cup in a very brusque manner. Overall, the sandwiches are just average, and with this kind of service, I probably won't be coming back.
Don't order from doordash at this store. Barely any toppings and missing ingredients listed. Should add more veggies instead of looking like your going out of business. If I spend $60+ on 4 sandwiches they better look like what's advertised on the pictures inside the store! We want what we pay for or you can go back to $6 a sub Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1

I picked up a breakfast sandwich, and the woman who prepared it was both lovely and patient. She handled several lunch orders ahead of me with kindness and care. My order was simple, and everything was great. The parking lot is decent, though it can feel a bit sketchy after dark. On the plus side, it’s conveniently located next to the library.
I walked into the restaurant and was met with a rather unfriendly hostess. She didn’t seem interested in helping me and looked distracted, wearing AirPods and neglecting to wear a hair net or face mask. I will certainly opt for another restaurant before considering a return to this one.

The woman working there appeared irritated when I arrived. They were out of every type of bread I requested, and the Artisan Italian bread they did have was stale. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
