I visited this location for the first time and was impressed by the excellent service! A very friendly woman assisted me. However, I was surprised to find that there was no option to tip on the card machine. Other locations offer this feature, and I think it's quite unfortunate that it isn't available here. I’m sure the staff is missing out on a lot of tips because of this. Please consider reaching out to your card terminal provider to make this change; it would show that you value your team!

I went to Subway to buy a sandwich, and they made it for me. However, when I asked for it to be toasted, I was told the toaster was out of order. I asked the employee why I hadn’t been informed earlier or why there wasn’t a sign indicating the toaster was broken. I still bought the sandwich, but now that I’m eating it, it doesn’t taste good. It’s disappointing because I was hoping for at least an enjoyable meal. Overall, it was a negative experience. January 8, 2022.

I visited the Subway at Woodman and Van Nuys, but was disappointed to learn they don’t accept coupons after I had already placed my order. I ended up leaving the sandwich behind. On top of that, their phone number is disconnected. It’s surprising how unprofessional the management is.

I’m not a fan of this restaurant; I much prefer the Subway chain. They don’t have any combo deals, and there’s no "Sub of the Day" with a different discounted sandwich each day. Reserva una mesa ahora
