I was really let down by this place today. There were four young employees working, and I had placed an order for a 6-inch sub online, intending to pick it up forty minutes later. When I arrived, I found several people waiting for their online orders, and there was a line at the counter. The young woman at the counter apologized, explaining that they were behind schedule. Unfortunately, this situation is simply unacceptable. They should have ensured that at least one person was dedicated to handling online orders promptly as they came in. It felt like they were neglecting those orders altogether. I hope to receive a refund for my order since I didn’t have time to wait because it was my lunch...
I'm not sure if it's the Subway brand itself or the specific location, but the food here is quite disappointing. The chicken has a rubbery texture and doesn’t taste like chicken at all. The vegetables were soggy, and even after not having eaten all day, I couldn't finish it. This wasn't my first visit, and I still had to pay $11 for just the sandwich.
The restaurant has new owners again, it seems... How can you mess up a sandwich? They managed to do it in every possible way. I ordered online and picked it up, so I didn't see them prepare it. One bite, and I had to throw it away. I'm pretty sure I'd get food poisoning if I ate any more. I won't be returning.
The restaurant doesn't have posted hours, and their website states that they are open until 9 PM. I arrived at 8:25 PM and noticed people inside, but the doors were locked and the open sign was off. They really should put up a sign with their hours and update the website. Service: 1.

I placed an online order through the app and opted for curbside pickup. My order was accurate and incredibly delicious. The staff member who brought it out was remarkably friendly and grateful for my business. Overall, it was a wonderful experience today!
The inside of the store looks nice but the workers don’t talk unless forced and just glare until you’re done. The food was all completely stale and wilted. Not going again.
The food was incredibly fresh. This is without a doubt the best Subway I've ever been to. The service was tidy, quick, friendly, and professional.
