Myself and spouse went to Subway in Streamwood Il The location is on Irving Park Road. Customers can pick what kind of bread do you want like 6 inch or foot long. The staff will ask customers do want the bread to be toasted when the bread is toasted the staff will ask customers do you want lettuce, Tomato,, green onions, olives and different kinds of sauces. The sandwiches names are The boss, Pizza sub.
Went to this store close to my home with a coupon which was not as it stated they would only allow the cheaper priced sandwich. Instead of $5.99 for a footlong as the coupon I wanted to use didn't work. The BLT footlong was only at full price for $899. I have never had this problem before with Subway but won't return there.
I ordered a 6-inch veggie sub with just cheese, a bit of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, peppers, and chipotle sauce, and I was charged nearly $8. I didn't request anything extra, like a drink or chips. I frequently visit other Subway locations, and my usual order is around $5.50, even in the city.
No choice but to get a subway sandwich in this place. Manager needs to attend a CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 TRAINING!. No customer service at all, doesn't know how to greet, ask professionally the customers. Very bad SERVICE! Reserva una mesa ahora
The restaurant did not honor a coupon that was distributed just two days ago in their Wednesday sales pack. Additionally, the tomatoes, lettuce, and black olives were quite wilted. I won’t be returning to this place.
Absolutely terrible customer service from the manager there, always rude. Also $4 for extra meat is highway robbery, I understand some kind of up charge but $4?
The experience was disappointing due to the very poor service and the negative attitude of the staff. I won't be going back to that restaurant.
