We dined at the restaurant on May 11th at 11 a.m. and were truly impressed by the outstanding service. My daughter, who follows a gluten-free diet, opted for a salad and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was, especially since she hadn’t ordered a salad from Subway in four years due to a prior negative experience. My husband and I both ordered the foot-long bratbeef sandwiches, which we agreed were the best Subway sandwiches we've ever had. The staff member who attended to us that day was friendly, efficient, and very accommodating. Given the many positive reviews I've seen, it appears that the restaurant has several excellent servers.
I placed an order through DoorDash and was disappointed that my simple requests weren’t followed. Both sandwiches were made with the wrong bread and didn’t meet the quality I would expect from a visit to the restaurant itself. It felt like the staff didn’t put much care or effort into the order, possibly because it was placed via a delivery app. I would advise avoiding this location. If you want Subway, try ordering from another branch instead.

At checkout, they attempted to charge me a dollar more than the price listed on the menu. When I brought up the error, the staff refused to correct it to match the advertised price and instead told me I could either pay the higher amount at their machine or leave. This feels like blatant overcharging and misleading advertising.

Subway used to feel like a dull and forgettable spot, but my last visit pleasantly surprised me thanks to a very friendly staff member. The sandwich is decent—if you’ve shopped at Safeway, you know what to expect. Give them some credit and a chance; they’re genuinely making an effort.
I had a wonderful experience at Subway, the friendliest I've had in years. I would definitely recommend it to others. The woman working there, who I think was the owner, was exceptionally friendly and enjoyable to chat with.
My personal experience with the customer service at this restaurant was quite poor and unfriendly.
In my view, Subway would greatly improve by expanding their side dish options.
