I recently visited Subway for the first time, and it will also be my last. I arrived at 11:45 am to order a sandwich, but they did not have any tomatoes. As I was about to pay at the register, I noticed the tomatoes sitting right next to it and asked if I could have some. Unfortunately, the staff member told me it would take them half an hour to cut the tomatoes and refused to give me any.

I would give this establishment 0 stars. Do not go there, as the staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. They curse at customers when they make a mistake, and refuse service for errors that are their own fault. This place should be closed down and investigated. The man even went so far as to yell in his language and make disrespectful comments about Americans.

Staff put 1 slice of meat on my sandwich and then stood there and tried to convince me that was all my sandwich was made with which is completely inaccurate.Then tried to give me hard old cookies . When I asked for the manager the employees suddenly didn't speak English.

They don't accept their own company's printed coupons. I'm no fool. This is done so that by the time you get there, you end up paying full price because they figure you're not going to download their app on the spot.Edit: they don't accept coupons through the app either
