I bought a buy one get one free promotion through the Subway app and went to this location to pick up my order. When I arrived, they refused to give me my second sandwich. I asked to speak with the owner, who was at home. She told me they don't honor the buy one get one free deal, despite the fact that the app allowed me to place the order. She kept insisting that it was my fault for using the app, and wouldn’t issue a refund. Eventually, she hung up, leaving a teenager to handle the situation without any prior notification to corporate about their lack of participation in the promotion. Clean, bright atmosphere. Good, fast prepared food. The workers I met during my visit were a bit terrifying. Not necessarily meant, just maybe because of the language barrier, they were not as friendly as I would have expected in a beautiful area like this. Nevertheless, I would make 4/5, as the food was delicious, ordered and made quickly. You also have a special price $3.50) on the sub of the day. Look at it!
The front door indicates that they close at 9 PM, but it’s currently 8:15 PM and the door is locked. An employee informed me that they’re already closed. This shows poor business ethics; they should update their closing times if that’s the case.
Pleasant, clean, efficient fast food alternative in the area. decent choices, fast and friendly service, same price as McD, minus the fat. $4.49 Children's dishes are a good offer. Catch them straight to bread is just made especially good!

My favorite Subway in the whole area. The staff is very friendly and remembers you and your order if you go there a lot. Good job, they will customize your favorite sandwich, no matter how bizzare!
Would love to give minus rating if it’s possible! this store always close around 7:30 pm even though 9 pm is closing time! Its horrible service
