I just purchased a wrap send sub from this location next to Wegmans and the woman at the counter, who may be the onwer was rude. I tried to explain to microwave the bacon separate to make it crispy and she stated don 't tell me how to do my job . Then when handing me the bag, I asked if she could tell me which subway sandwhich label was the wrap or the sub (because I 'm dropping the wrap off to a coworker and don 't want to give the wrong one) and the lady at counter responded its easy you can figure it out . From the beginning she seemed frustrated and agitated to be there....when I arrived no one was even there so I don 't know why she was rushing me. I am active duty military and am appal...
I had a terrible experience! There was just one person ahead of me and a mobile order, yet it took 12 minutes to get my food. When the staff member made my sandwich, I requested it toasted, but she put it in a warmer instead. When I inquired about the toaster, she told me it was broken. It would have been considerate to have a sign or, ideally, for her to inform me before preparing my sandwich, which wasted my lunch time. I’m also confused as to why a mobile order was prioritized over my in-person order. I won't be coming back.
I went there once during the summer and there were 2 young females working. The one on the register seemed flustered and confused as she kept sucking her teeth as she was attempting to ring me up. For some reason she couldn’t ring up the drinks so I got those for free out of the deal lol.I went again about a few weeks back. This time there were 2 young guys working. They were out of stock of a few items, but overall much better experience this time go around.

Interestingly, she couldn’t charge me for the drinks, so I got them for free, which was a nice surprise! A few weeks later, I returned and found two young men working. Although some items were out of stock, my experience overall was much better this time.

I’ve been disappointed three times at this Subway. The two younger employees are unfriendly and lack a sense of urgency. The older woman who works there places her phone on the deli counter and puts on gloves without washing her hands first. Twice, they charged me for cookies that were never included in my bag. While the store is clean, I won’t be returning.
I ordered a tuna sub, but it was so salty that I couldn't eat it. I also tried to use my rewards, but the cashier didn't know how to apply them, so I missed out on any discounts. In the end, I had to throw the sub away.
I've always liked Subway, but recently it seems that without a coupon, the prices aren't justified. The prices have gone up, and the sandwiches appear smaller than before. I'm quite disappointed.
There was no apology for the wait; I was just handed my sandwiches with barely a glance in my direction. I won't be coming back.

Although she is just an employee at Subway, she managed the busy crowd exceptionally well while assisting with the menu.
Both times, she barely added any toppings to the bread. I've never experienced that at any other Subway I've been to.
