Update: I did manage to get the two sandwiches I ordered. The employee, referred to as the "sandwich artist," informed me that they had closed early at 6 pm instead of the posted hours of 8 pm for Saturdays. Unfortunately, they didn’t provide any further explanation about the situation. As someone with experience in the food service industry and having held several management positions, I would have expected some kind of accommodation—perhaps a couple of fountain drinks or a cookie—to make up for the inconvenience of not receiving my order the night before, the lack of a working contact number, and the need for a second trip.
I ordered online, and it turned out to be a mistake. I got three subs, and when I requested extra pickles, one side had only three pickles, while the other six-inch sub had two and a half pickles. I also ordered spinach, but there was none on my sub. They skimped on everything, including the meat and cheese. It seemed like if you ordered in person, they did a better job of including what you asked for in larger quantities. I'm not sure I'd return, but if I did, I definitely wouldn't order online again. Additionally, they didn’t honor the promotions advertised online. Overall, I was very disappointed.

I highly recommend trying the Tuna Sandwich, Italian B M T, Spicy Italian, and Supreme Meats. The chips and tuna were also delightful.
**Parking:** There's plenty of parking available, with a free parking lot for customers.
This is the worst place I’ve been to. Nothing positive about it. I ordered takeout for lunch, and it was a disappointing experience. The food, service, and atmosphere all deserve a rating of 1 out of 5. I spent around $20–30 per person, and I definitely do not recommend it.
