I recently tried the vegan coconut green curry ramen and vegan knödel at this restaurant, with a total cost of $21. I had read reviews praising the beautiful staff, but didn't think much of it until I experienced it myself. This place is absolutely a new weekly visit for me. I wish I had discovered it sooner! I would have rated it 5 stars, but Happy Cow only allows 4 stars for restaurants that aren’t fully vegan. On the topic of vegan, the vegan options are plentiful and absolutely the best in the state. I genuinely can’t even describe how good the food was, just go and get some. You’ll see. Additionally, the restaurant itself was beautiful and the staff was really friendly! An absolute must. You’ll be hooked on the first visit.

I have found a new favorite spot that I will be visiting weekly. I regret not discovering it sooner! I would have given it 5 stars, but unfortunately Happy Cow only allows up to 4 stars for non-vegan restaurants. The vegan options here are abundant and the best around. I can't even put into words how delicious the food was - you just have to try it for yourself. The restaurant is also stunning and the staff are extremely friendly. the owner jay went beyond and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and that I would be a returning customer who is fantastic because the restaurant is close to my home and is all vegan marked. I especially like her salate and the vegan curry. another cool thing they have are unique vegan sushi options. for me, this place is a solid choice for a fast and nutritious dinner.

would not recommend getting sushi from here. miso suppe had a blande, bitter taste. sushi was out; tasted as if it was made with smooth rice. preparation and delivery was at least fast. ramen was in order, nothing special. this was the second time we got Japanese kitchen from here; first time was not great, but wanted to give another shot. I'm sure you're with the Ichibahn.

I have been craving delicious vegan ramen, but have not been able to find any nearby...until I discovered Sumi Ramen! Not only do they offer a variety of ramen options, but also vegan appetizers, curry, teriyaki, udon, sushi, and more. The food is served quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning!

can't say enough about this place! I get sushi every Friday night and have tried every sushi place in the opposite and humi ramen sleeps them with quality of food and amazing service away! would recommend everyone and everyone who loves amazing dining and a great atmosphere! oh and thanks for the endless spicy mayo?
