Unfortunately I have to agree that this black owned business isn't one to be proud of. I tried to support them, actually been there twice but the attitudes of the young people are disappointing. There aren't any thank yous, or how can I help you? Not even friendly smiles. Just angry stares...why are you so mad at that age? Just because you service a certain area doesn't mean that customer service isn't appreciated. They over charged me for 2 snowballs and a scoop of ice cream...I didn't even bother saying anything. There are other snowball and chicken eateries in the area.
I love their snowballs and food but due to the horrible customer service it took away from all of that. They have the nastiest attitudes. It creates a very Ghetto and uncomfortable environment for the customer. They don?t greet you with a hi may I help you, they don?t even tell you to have a good day, and please don?t ask for something to be corrected because they will look at you weirdly and not really want to help you. I tried to support this business by going numerous amounts of times but due to their conduct with people I will not be returning. 1 star for me ?? .
Horrible! The people taking the orders have an attitude. They’ll make you wait at the window when they’re doing nothing behind the counter. I’d rather go to the other place on Liberty Road. This hole in the wall needs to do better! I definitely have receipts and ordered two cotton candy snowballs that came to $6.77. It’s raining outside so you’d think that they’d put in more effort when it comes to their customers. Instead of taking accountability and making things right, they blame their customers. Go somewhere else if you can!
These people are disgusting!!! The manager is more nasty than the staff!! The whole place stinks with stench of disrespect, lack of people skills, or home training!! The way that manager spoke to me was horrible. And see this I why people don 't want to support black businesses. U all think ur winning because u have a few costumer 's but 1 rotten apple effects the whole bunch! Prayerfully.... y 'all see ur wrongs and will correct asap

just got a three piece for $950 this fish was the smallest I ever got really pathetic it was just broken and a little fish really down quality you guys have to keep your game if you want to hit Dunkin Donuts and my business again. Just left I didn't think I would like to bread corn flour I prefer flour on my fish, but oh my goodness was perfect the fish like butter was very good first time not very recommend this place!
Horrible business, terrible service, long wait, no remorse. I waited 20 minutes for one snowball. I asked to speak to the manager who was not available. I finally spoke to someone who was in charge. She said her name was Ashley. Ashley gave me the snowball and rolled her eyes. When i asked to be accomodated, she said, you have your snowball. Very rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Never again!
So today me and my kids went to get some funnel cakes and when we got there it smelled like burnt greese. Didnt think to much of it..but when we got home that same greese that was burning was the same greese that she cooked those funnel cakes it.........yea they were nasty. Going to chuck that one up to them just having a off day.
DO NOT eat at this establishment. They are hella rude and unprofessional. This is exactly why it's hard to support BLACK owned business. Sad to say, but most professionalism come from white establishments. This food place should habe been shut down. GHETTO

I have never been disappointed in the food from here. Cheesesteak, cheeseburger, chicken, ice cream, sweet tea, snowballs bomb. The people have always been kind. No complaints here!Food: 5/5
