Sumthin Kool Snowballs

I love their snowballs and food but due to the horrible customer service it took away from all of that. They have the nastiest attitudes. It creates a very Ghetto and uncomfortable environment for the customer. They don?t greet you with a hi may I help you, they don?t even tell you to have a good day, and please don?t ask for something to be corrected because they will look at you weirdly and not really want to help you. I tried to support this business by going numerous amounts of times but due to their conduct with people I will not be returning. 1 star for me ?? .

I've come to this facility for nine years, and their snowballs and funnel cake never disappointed? I love seeing young people who earn their summer money and do the best they can. Smiles are always nice to receive, but customers often forget that the workers are also people. We ALL can be a little more beautiful and friendly?. Let us be all KIND and courtesy to each other. Kudos to the owners and workers to do what they do.

just got a three piece for $950 this fish was the smallest I ever got really pathetic it was just broken and a little fish really down quality you guys have to keep your game if you want to hit Dunkin Donuts and my business again. Just left I didn't think I would like to bread corn flour I prefer flour on my fish, but oh my goodness was perfect the fish like butter was very good first time not very recommend this place!

I went to a funnel cake and was told it was good and it wasn't good. It was disgusting my two dogs looked at it and turned. ...think my dogs love funnel cake, but baby that funnel gave more dry cakes than anything....forget it together black possession business... I won't be back. I'm going back to my town, which is DC to get my funnel cake.

All I can say is Woodlawn High Schools Homecoming Game 2022 could be the best funnel cakes, fries, soda and hot dogs in the area thanks to Mr. Reggie and Sumthin Kool. They were able to cancel the last minute when our concession seller canceled last minute.
