Swiss Chalet - Reservar una mesa

We placed an order for almost $95.00. We came home from picking it up my husband had no French fries, ribs were so tough I threw them out couldn't even chew it. No chocolates or coupon no dressing for Ceasar salad. So very disappointed. This is the second this has happened. So sad because we love Swiss Chalet ?.

Sadly one of my favourite chains seems to be having a hard time with this place. The potatoes arrived always seeming old and reheated from days before, instructions for the chicken to be well done was never followed. It seemed like management was good but was having trouble with the staff listening.

Was pretty bad, food came us cold. Looks like they're using frozen food and microwave. Despite our complaints, the staff was decently nice.
