Swiss Chalet - Reserva de mesa

Quite disappointed in my first visit since the lock down. Asked for a take out box for my children and I. Walked out the door and quickly turned around to walk back in, gone from the table for less then 15 seconds and the only thing missing from our table was the To go box. All the dirty dishes were there. Asked the staff and they all ready threw it out. What a waist of food and money. Common sense would be start clearing the table but don't take only the to go box and leave every other thing on the table. Lost a kids meal with pizza. Only one square missing. Lost a full piece of white chicken.

Went yesterday to pickup my order. I have a medical exemption and Dont wear the mask. The manager went absolutely insane yelling/screaming right off the jump. I was asking her if she realized how she sounded and was acting. While Informing her of the LAW; that your a business which is open to the public has to serve the public. She really embarrassed herself and made it uncomfortable. It is scary to see this level of cognitive dissonance in people, borderline mentally unstable.

Thought I'd try the new crispy chicken sandwich, and also got chicken spring rolls. The crispy chicken was tough and overbearing on the chalet mayo. The chicken spring rolls tasted like chemicals. The food at Swiss Chalet has really gone downhill in the past few years and I'm unsure if I will be visiting again

usually good service and good food through the week at this location. Not on Sat. What happened ? Over cooked chicken,dry french fries and to top it off , terrible service. Hardly time to look at the appetizer when the entry landed in front of us. If we're back it sure wont be on a weekend ! Reserva una mesa ahora

Very bad experience at this location. Food took for ever to come out and only hafe our table was served then ten minutes later the other hafe.(table of 5) on top of that the fries were cold and vegetables weren't cooked or even warm. We had to asked for everything including the kids menu.

Terrible food quality, fries completely dried out and chicken dry. Upon review of the receipt a 530 pm pick up order was prepared at 251 in the afternoon. I hope we don't end up with food poisoning. Will never use this location again.

Fries too salty, overcooked dry. Bun on stale side ckn. dry. Sauce will never be as good as it was. Been going to SC for decades, today was the last straw!

On par for Swiss Chalet. This location the dining room closes at 7:30 pm while takeout is till 9 pm just FYI when looking at the hours. Reserva una mesa ahora

Ordered online but still had to go inside for order. Inside could not find order at first. Foods great.

The service was fast and the meal was good with a very good serving.
