Swizzle - Reservar una mesa

Swizzle is attached inside of the Galt Hotel. Was high brow in style, presentation, and dinner choices. Our first night in Louisville and we lucked out into an open reservation spot and ate like Kings. We sampled across the menu covering four different apps, four different entrees and not a single blemish. The wine list is thoughtful, and the pre-dinner cocktail bar sparkles with people watching and eclectic hand crafted cocktails. Definitely a five star restaurant and I would certainly recommend for any traveler.

Wish you could specifically book the twin rotators we were seated there, and especially at sunset it was incredible. Just wasn’t sure if we’d be up there or not, since that experience is a major price justifier. Julep was best I’ve had, and the open kitchen design is brilliant to behold

Can not say enough wonderful things about this place. What an experience!!! Apps, salads, entrees, wine, cocktails and dessert. All of us were raving about the entire dinner! Our server, Brittany, was amazing! Not one complaint. Can’t wait to dine here again.

Our server was wonderful and attentive! Food was top notch. The wedge salad is now my favorite salad of all time. And the chocolate cake with bourbon caramel is a must-have. We will be back again!
