I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast! The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5. The Crispy Chicken Wings were a standout, and the Avocado Toast was deliciously fresh. The Breakfast Sandwich and Breakfast Burrito were both hearty and satisfying, while the Fruit Bowl provided a refreshing touch. The service was outstanding, also deserving of a 5, with friendly staff who made our experience enjoyable. Lastly, the atmosphere was fantastic, providing a perfect setting for a morning meal. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!
This place is absolutely filthy. I saw mice scurrying around, and it seems like the staff doesn’t clean anything at all. The floors are gross, and there's about three inches of dust on everything. The kitchen looks like something out of a nightmare episode. They’re so dirty that they’re facing closure unless they make some serious changes. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of it. They can claim my review is false or biased all they want, but the truth is evident. They really need to learn how to clean properly. Also, keep in mind that it is not wheelchair accessible.
Wow, took only 10+ minutes to get someone to come take our order or even greet us!! Do the servers want to even be here? They seem miserable. Can the servers remember the drink orders? Not many tables here. Took our drink orders then couldn’t remember who had what. Also, DONT TOUCH THE RIMS OF THE GLASSES! I don’t want to taste your dirty hands when I try to drink my orange juice. Ice in the orange juice?! My bfast burrito was incredibly greasy with tons of grease just pouring out. I did appreciate the charging outlets along the railing. I just wish we didn’t have to wait 5+ min to get the table wiped off.
Do not go here unless you are willing to pay for your bill twice! I had just turned 21 and got a drink there, the bartender Cristina made me pay twice for my drink. After the first transaction went thru, a receipt was printed, it said approved on the screen and the money was taken out of my account ASAP. Cristina refused to even listen to me or let me show her my bank account and made me pay twice. It took A WEEK to get ahold of someone from that restaurant and it’s gonna possibly take 2 weeks for a refund. I do not suggest this restaurant or company to anyone. Save yourself the headache

Very very well put together and tasty smash bacon burger. Crispy bacon, just the right amount of lettuce and onions so it wasn’t overwhelming to eat. The special sauce seemed mayo based and was super good and a good amount to not need any other condiment (I’m normally a ketchup “dipper” . Parm fries were loaded with Parm and very excellent. I’d definitely eat here again. Service: Take out
EDIT: I want to acknowledge that management addressed my concerns after I sent an email, and I appreciate their prompt response. Just a heads up—confirm that your specific Priority Pass is accepted at THIS location in the airport, as management pointed out that some credit card companies partner with a different location in Cleveland.
Paninis is located near Concourse A, by Gate A6. Tip: When you're ready to place your order, head into the bar area instead of the to-go counter, as there usually isn't anyone at the to-go counter. The place tends to be busy, but the service was excellent, and they didn't charge for a cup of ice.

Michael was a very good manager. Kicked out a man who was not fit to be in the establishment anymore and took care of us. I love this place!
