The Salted Pepper Shrimp was disappointing, as the shrimp was overcooked and tough, although the cooked onions that accompanied it were nice. The portion size was small for the price. Similarly, the Chung King Spicy Chicken suffered from the same issue—overcooked and chewy, and the serving size was inadequate for what we paid. The Family Tofu dish was supposed to include pork, but there was only a tiny amount present. However, the flavor was excellent, and the mushrooms and green peppers were the standout ingredients. Overall, the portions were small for the cost.
Honestly, this was the best Chinese food I've had outside of NYC. The food is absolutely amazing, and the staff is incredible. I visited for dinner one day and came back for lunch the next. My friend raved about the chicken wings, which they claim are the best. I had the garlic shrimp, and it was simply exquisite—definitely deserving of a chef's kiss! I give this place a solid five stars. I love everything about it. Whenever I'm back in Minnesota, I will be stopping by again. The food is a bit pricey, but it's well worth it.
This restaurant is a fantastic find in the northeast metro area! We really enjoyed the Kung Pao Chicken, which had wonderfully crispy vegetables, though we felt it could have used a little more sauce, as others have noted. We also sampled the Egg Rolls (2) and Cream Cheese Wontons (6). The highlight, however, was the handmade Szechuan Dumplings (6) – truly outstanding! We will definitely be coming back.
The Dan Dan noodles were tasty, but the portion was tiny for the price of over $14. The dumplings were good as well, but the sauce was excessively salty, and at over $12 for just six dumplings, I felt it was overpriced. Overall, the flavor didn't justify the high prices or the small portion sizes.

I have been visiting this restaurant every other week since it opened, and it never disappoints. My top two favorites are the Chung King spicy chicken and the spicy hot pot with beef, but I also love trying the random samples—they are always delicious!
I really enjoyed the food, but I felt sorry for the guy who was working alone. Please be patient with him. The food is still worth it!
The Hong Shao Rou is incredibly flavorful. The baos are perfectly soft with just the right balance of filling and bread.
I have ordered this dish many times before. Unfortunately, this time it wasn't crispy, and the shrimp felt a bit slimy.

The kung pao shrimp was excellent. Even though we forgot to request it extra spicy, it was still very delicious.
The best wings, wontons, and Kung Pao beef—I also loved the vegetables!
