Only order out from Szechwan North if you don’t mind if items you ordered are not in the bag when you get home. The rices that were included with our dishes were forgotten. The manager was rude and told us we should come back and get them. She said she would give us rice next time and was unwilling to compensate us with the order we received and we live no where near the restaurant. The food is good when eaten there but I do not recommend this restaurant for carry out. They are too busy, rude and unaccomodating when they make a mistake. We did not have enough food without the sides and they truly didn’t care. Crossing it off our take out list.
Food is always great and still very hot to the touch upon arrival to home. The longest I've waited for my order was 25 minutes on the most busy weekends. Otherwise, 10-15 minutes max. Vegetarian options: Can substitute Dietary restrictions: Honor any requirements for health or allergy reasons. Parking: It's in a strip mall with plenty of stores and other restaurants, and parking has never been an issue.
Great!I had a wonderful dining experience at this Chinese restaurant. The food was delicious and varied, with dishes from different regions and styles. The service was warm and attentive, and the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The atmosphere was cozy and lively, with colorful decorations. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Chinese cuisine.
A local gem at North Chicago. Such large and diverse menu! Very authentic Chinese and Sichuan dishes and large potions! Our family always stopped by here for dinner each time we visited Chicago. This time we had mustard green, mapo tofu (best mapo ever), seafood spicy hotpot and chicken sizzling rice soup.

The food here is amazing. I almost always get the 3 chili chicken, even though all the dishes look so amazing. The presentation and authenticity of these dishes are spot on. I come in at least once a month and it's a 45 minute drive! But it's totally worth it.
I don't recommend that place,I ordered 2 lunches to go and food wasn'tGood,brown rice was hard like it wasn't even cooked.Mongolian beef was spicy and i asked for Not spicy meal,Big disappointment!?
I will never eat here again. The wait was over two hours, so I had to call and cancel my order. I would not order here again and would not recommend it to others.
