I've come here and noticed that the service is poor, the staff is just flat out rude! I feel uncomfortable, but still want to order. It's nearby my job, so I obviously want to order food you know? But can't stand being treated as if I'm bothering someone. I ask simple questions and get snarky answers and short replies, as if I really irritated the person. I don't know what to do about this, because I don't see a manager and I don't know how these people aren't reprimanded for their unfriendliness. Drinks are good not too sweet but staff is extremely rude!!! Hurry up white boy I don 't got all day to my face (I 'm half Asian btw) because I was taking too long to order on the kiosk...Unfortunately the environment of the market place is always crowded but I guess it affects the employees too. Used to come here often but I don 't see the need to when you have to deal with rude employees...
Drinks are mediocre and poor value but unfortunately there isn't much better in CV. This is one of those places that will charge you for plastic bags or cup holders even when you order a ton of drinks. If you reach behind to grab an extra straw, the staff will get wide eyed and remind you a straw was already included with your drink. Yeah... It's one of those places.
I ordered a grass jelly milk tea and it was definitely watered down and nearly tasteless. Couldn't taste the tea and they filled my drink with ice even though I politely asked for no ice (it was printed on my cup order too), and I had even added a nice tip before I received the drink. As there's better choices nearby, I won't be ordering from here again.

Although not a huge fan of boba I'm a huge fan of the teas and milk teas. I recommend. Love the honey peach royal tea. It's one of my favorites
